Palm Cove, also called Palm Cove Court, is a newer home subdivision in Mesquite Nevada with just 23 home lots just pass Turtleback Canyon on the north side of Interstate 15. This small enclave of homes is a non-gated community with new construction homes popping up every month or so.

Interstate 15 as well as shops, restaurants, markets, and the Arica Casino resort is no more than about 5 to 10 minutes for most homes. Nearby golf includes the Oasis Golf Club and the Mesquite Golf Pass.
