Mesquite Vistas is a master-planned community located in Mesquite Nevada which has several smaller neighborhoods with their own homeowner’s associations. The larger community is located on the northern side of Interstate 15 and regardless of which micro-neighborhood a resident is a part of, all members of the Mesquite vistas can use the swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, exercise facilities, and the meeting rooms and venue of the Oasis Golf Country Club.

Residents can pay two separate homeowners associations, one for Mesquite vistas and the other for their micro community. While this might seem redundant, many homeowners love the option of both community amenities. Several homebuyers look at the entire area, not just one of the smaller neighborhoods. There’s a lot of open space, tree-lined streets, mature landscaping, and fenced yards complete with swimming pools and backyard entertainment options.

On the east side of Greens Way are condominium buildings called Enchantment, located with in Mesquite Vistas. These condominiums range from about $170,000-$210,000 and have their own homeowner association that manages and maintains the buildings and landscape.

Vista Heights is a gated community in Mesquite Vistas with single-family homes, generally two-story, lots of about 5000 -6000 ft.², and home prices starting at about $300,000.

Villa La Paz is also a community in Mesquite Vistas currently being built out with low homeowner association dues, landscape front and back yards, and 11 floor plans to choose from.

You can see that there is a variety of homes, styles, designs, and price ranges to choose from and many homes sit on the hill offer beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

Mesquite Vistas Schools

Residents are part of the Mesquite school division and are assigned to the Virgin Valley elementary school, the Charles Arthur Hughes middle school, and the Virgin Valley high school.
