There are actually two HOAs associated with this development, Mesquite Vistas (the master-planned community) and The Falls Hillside Vistas (a subdivision of Mesquite Vistas). The HOAs cover exterior and common area insurance, grounds and exterior maintenance, pet rules, a heated outdoor on-site pool, hot tub, gas barbeque, and various gazebos with benches and bench swings. Administrative fees are also included in the mix.
