Sales activity is thin — just 10 recorded sales across the past year — so the sample is limited, but the median sale price moved from $380,000 in August 2025 to $330,000 in June 2026, with sale-to-list ratios generally in the 94-98% range and days on market varying widely from 7 up to 154.
