Typical homes run about 1,451 square feet on roughly 4,800-square-foot lots, with an HOA fee of $140 a month. Only seven listings came up over the past year and just three sales appear in the recent data, so this is a limited sample. A June sale closed at $397,000 after 121 days on market at 99.25% of list price, and two August sales had a median of $312,000 after 104 days at 99.46%.
