Vista Del Luna is a new-construction community in Mesquite, with every recorded home built in 2020 or later and a median living area of 1,685 square feet on very small lots (a median of about 871 square feet). Homes here feed Virgin Valley Elementary, Hughes Middle, and Virgin Valley High, and the HOA fee runs a median of $142 per month. Fourteen listings came to market in October 2025 at a median list price of $349,000. Sales are limited in number: two closed in March 2026 at a median of $354,000 after 54 days, and two more closed in July at $360,000 after 258 days.
