Rivers Bend also referred to as Rivers Bend III, is a collection of affordable apartment homes in Mesquite Nevada. Located on the south side of the interstate, Rivers Bend is accessible via Riverside Boulevard or Jensen Drive and is a collection of about 200 single-story apartment/detached condos ranging in price from about $150,000-$250,000. These are primarily to bedroom and two bath units of around 1100 ft.². All homes, with central air and a one or two car attached garage. Most lots are around 3500 ft.² and were built between 1997 and 2002.
All these homes feature a desert architecture with tile roofs and stucco walls. Inside, most homes feature large tile floors, high ceilings, open floor plans, and some of the homes on the higher end of the pricing scale have updated kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and fixtures or appliances.
