HOA

All residents of Mesquite Estates are part of a homeowner’s association, therefore dues are required each month or annually depending on how the Association is set up. All residents are required to pay master-planned Mesquite Estates Association dues as well as the micro-neighborhood dues, to cover common area maintenance, landscaping, management, and individual HOA management. Please check with current listings on specifics as these fees can change, especially while the community is under development.

Mesquite Estates Schools

Residents are part of the Mesquite school division and are assigned to the Virgin Valley elementary school, the Charles Arthur Hughes middle school, and the Virgin Valley high school. All of the schools are about 2 to 2 ½ miles away from the entrance to Mesquite Estates.
