Pioneer Blvd. surrounding the beautiful Falcon Ridge golf course. All are gated.

Homes here feed Virgin Valley High and Charles A. Hughes Middle (100%), while elementary assignments lean Virgin Valley (57%) with Bowler Elementary as the alternate; the HOA fee is a median $127 a month. Sales are a limited sample, with 54 listings over the past year and only 0 to 4 closings in most months, so monthly medians swing widely, from $372,500 in December 2025 to $968,500 in August 2026, and a couple of months were skewed by a very small number of high-end closings.
